Supporting our customers after the sale is an important priority for New Tech Computer Systems. This is why we are pleased to offer the New Tech Remote Support Foundation. This new program allows our technical service representatives to remotely view and control your computer when you call in for support.

To use the program:
  1. Call your regular technical support line for your product
  2. The support representative will ask you to download this program and will give you his or her name
  3. Download and run the program for your representative's group
  4. Double click on your support representative's name
  5. The support representative will approve the incoming connection and will be able to see your screen and work with you to fix your issue or address your question
